Artichokes season has just begun: extra cut quarters, no carry over derivatives, machine cuts!

Artichokes season for industry has just begun. Two crazy months are waiting for us in Egypt, in Italy, may be in Tunisia as well. This is the 10th year with artichokes dealing: not so little time, but for sure so much to do. Artichokes for industry is no doubt a commodity food, not a special one. But even with a commodity ELLA dealing is enriching. This is why: 

• To transform  with no carry overs (citric and ascorbic): it brings a natural colored artichokes (quarters or bottoms or hearts)
• To get you to bite the crunch! Ella good visual sense, palate and technical background brought to validate a crunchy quarter: leaves have better to stay firm and compact after pasteurization. Cruchy reminds to little transformed, so ... to minimum processed product.
• To Endeavour for technical innovation. that's the reason of machine cut for bottoms and quarters. how magic is to open an artichokes pouch and see that the whole cut are same! 
• to embrace retailers challenges: there's no Saturday to go out to shop. packaging has to fit single customers's request. 400 g or 1 kg packaging unit. or.... up to customers !
• 10 cens or 20 or 1 euro do not make the difference! Or better; they are the difference amongst ELLA and the rest. No Italian clients will phone back and say: "it's ok, it' s a good product" so its silence will speak on his/her behalf. 
• to penetrate the market without gigantic quantity. ELLA is not Polyfemus: selected quantity for selected clients.
• as the above to experience the concept of quality: there's space and work for everybody! 
• to disregard stubborn suppliers and short viewers contact. to leave in silence blaspheme contacts, as long as unrespectfull ones. We leave unpolite and smart clients to the biggest traders: butcher man-traders, enquiring about HOW MANY CONTAINERS... this is not the clue!. to get the third part audit by SGS Italia, for BRC B&A by May 2018, besides ISO 9001:2015 yet achieved.
