• Chilled storage and import. Certification BRC B&A (got in August 2018, surveillance audit 08/19 by SGS certification body). 
• No additives or carry over, along drying process. No analysis to search for sulphites will be submitted to Lab. as it's massively no-sense to apply for guaranties tomatoes have no sulphites. If, any client doubts, well, be my guest to go through analysis by itself at its own expenses. this question sounds like an extortion of no sense screening but above all it's the evidence of no competence about Tunisian dry tomatoes chain. for the below reported: 
• Tunisian dry tomatoes process has never, since always annoverated no sulphitation and visual appearance is self explanatory to understand if a tomatoes has been treated or not. that's it. 
• to apply sulphites analysis is as fair as to apply for Cr+++ or cupper or mycotoxins. it means: total no awareness of the product to be purchased. 
• a buyer has better to know the difference visual amongst the sulphited and non sulphited tomatoes, if not, well get hard started! 
• this is the reason why, under this circumstances, Elsa Cugola is utterly reluctant to supply to customers, applying for this parameter, with the arrogance of customer 's power. and it might rise with freak complaints. 

NO WAY: to apply for sulphites analysis with Tunisian tomatoes is silly, and I don't accept.
