bottom artichokes: the new from pressure.

 Dear ALL,

                    let me say: stay under pressure, it looks good. this is the insightful new ELLA idea: bottom artichokes without any carry over. all from fresh. cut and freezed by 1 h. this product is suitable for vegan, diet prescription followers, as it s fibre rich, low salt.

 pressure is boostering.

sensory on grade B bottoms 5/7 cm diameter

As for the whole of imported containers, analysis and sensory control on finished product. IN shorts, controls on:

• dimensions (calibre);
• external appearance- preparation & cut;
• enzymes inactivation (color & hues).
• inside (at core): presence of damage inside
• appearance, once defrosting; pH
• cooking trials: microwave and ove, in a saucepan. Fair to say that nowadays, saucepan performance is crucial for final consumer.
• data collected linked with container seal number and cold store storage.
